I am writing this to notify everyone of a lady by the name of MELANIE PARKINSON who is running a Vacation Rental Scam on Craigslist in Vancouver British Columbia.

I sent her $700 with a contract stating my $700 damage deposit is protected and fully refundable. We had to cancel the contract as i got very sick and was unable to make it, she was then to return my $700 but refused to do so i also then learned she is only a renter at the property and not the "Landlord" or owner of the property she has now stole my money and stopped replying to my emails and wont answer the phone to me or my lawyers.

Fortunately i was able to gather some of her information and am taking this all the way ..so here we go her name is MELANIE PARKINSON she is a social worker at 'Vancouver coastal health authority' and a member of the BCCOS ( British columbia college of social workers ) address: 8 - 1255 - East 15th Avenue, Vancouver BC -phone number: 16048030728 - I find it very hard to believe that a person of this character should be doing any type of social work. if you know of anyone else she has scammed please contact me.
