Melissa Giambrone,Dean Fazio,Barn Owners And Others Rescue Melissa Giambrone-Fazio starved 4 of my horses, along with 12 others; bad feet; tried to steal horses by forging her name as owner; plus stole papers for another horse and forged my name as seller to her as owner Newton Falls, Ohio

Not only did she starve my animals, steal my tack, attempt to steal my horses, she pocketed the money given to her to have the horses tattooed at the race track. She did have the one horse done as I was present at the track at the time, however, she indicated that she had the other horse done one of the days I could not make it to the track and the horse is NOT tattooed. It's only $75 that she pocketed, but I work hard for that little bit of money. Plus, it will cost me $150 to replace the set of papers she "lost". She also removed my original coggins test papers from my original jockey club papers which is now costing me another vet call, plus another coggins test fee times 2, along with all of their shots which I now have to redo in order to be able to get the horses back to the racetrack. She also has cost me time and money with allowing that one mare to get bred which was unwarranted and unwanted, not to mention irresponsible on her part. Her rented property also containes buried bodies of several dead horses and cows. I wish whomever Denise was on the last comment could possibly find a way to contact me. This goes out to anyone that has been ripped off, lied to or conned in some way by Melissa Giambrone. This woman has been getting away with murder for years and I hope they throw the book at her!! Melissa hauled a horse last year for a friend and I and needless to say we never got the horse. We paid for the horse the hauling fee's and got scammed by Melissa. I turned her into the Attorney General's office, police, the humane society and then finally I found the right guy. He is the Detective that finally busted Melissa it has taken close to a year to prove and solve this case. But it is a shame that horses,dogs etc had to starve and get abused while waiting. If the animal advocates, police would have paid attention to me a year ago these poor animals would not have had to go through so much suffering. Melissa is a waste of space and I hope that she is court ordered to never own or have another animal in her possession!!
