Melodie Martin of 716th east 16th Avenue in Post Falls Idaho is a lying witch who steals money with her computer and gets away with it! She 'sold' me some dvds and then claimed that she 'had a car accident and was in the hospital for a few days.' She said, "Oh please don't be angry with me, I have fallen behind in my mailings, I am so sorry; and I am getting many 'hate letters' from eBay users, but I was in the hospital..."
Then she claimed she would do it 'in the morning' but didn't send anything at all. Two weeks later she said she was going to fix things 'first thing in the morning.'
She finally just refused to respond, and eBay refused to deal with her, citing the fact that a postal money order had been used. (That's no excuse - I've been robbed 3 times in 3 months by 3 other dirtbags, WITH a paypal account - waiting on resolution).
So she has multiple strikes against her as a liar and a thief, and eBay continues to allow her to rob other people anyway. They wrote me off because 'too much time had gone by' and due to our privacy act, we will look into it and deal with it as we see fit and NOT tell you about it, that is our policy'... and she is still there, "SELLING" to people who trust people, and people who trust eBay.
justsmith3721 is a thief and a liar, a robber who is protected by the people she's using to rob other people. Melodie Martin is scum. She is the one people are afraid of when they think of doing business online. She ought to be put in jail and charged with a felony, mail fraud, using a computer to steal money (over state lines), swindling, and just being a cold filthy little predator who should be thrown in a cage.

First of all, whoever filed a claim against me must have the wrong person, because there's no way any of that happened with me. At the time this "ripoff report" was filed, I was not at that address, or even that city. I had closed down that particular ebay account because I was not using ebay anymore. Upon further checking, the account had been used without my permission, and this was about the same time that my entire identity had been stolen, which ended in police reports and lawsuits against the thiefs themselves.
I never received any payment for said item, and never once agreed to send anything. I do not even own the item in question that was shown in my ebay history. I've checked ebay histories and can't find any items or messages referring to this situation at all. I'm sorry that this happened to you, but I can assure you that I had nothing to do with it, and that there is nothing that I can do because every account I had at that time had been hacked.
As for the name calling, that was very rude and inconsiderate of you, even if the circumstances were legit. There's no way I'd ever steal from anyone, and I most certainly don't belong in a cage. You claim that you had also been "ripped off" by three other individuals at the same time - maybe there's a common denominator in that equation...just saying. Not everyone out there is a complete d****ebag.
As for me, I'm not going to have my name tarnished on the web because of an unfortunate situation that I was not even aware of. Anyone who knows me, knows that the entire situation is complete bullshit and that I would never do such a thing. I was unlucky and had my identity stolen and had to spend years clearing that up, I shouldn't have to still be finding things that were wrongly done or said to me.
