Member First Mortgage MFM or Member First A Company That Discrimnates and Promotes a Hostile Work Enviroment Grand Rapids, Michigan

Member First Mortgage is hands down the most horrible place that I have ever worked.  While working here I suffered discrimination for my disabilities by management including Pam Cull and Libbey Hess.  Upon being diagnosed they did nothing but find reasons to make the work place more stressful for me only aggravating my illness.  They knowingly did this because they knew I could not file FMLA.  They also allowed staff members Kari Cain and Wendy Wybenga to create a hostile work environment.  Actually management encouraged it.  These two regularly fraternized with upper management and they teamed together to make every day a living hell for me as an individual.  I still pressed on completing all my work on a daily basis and making sure I made up any time I was out because of my medical condition.  Management claimed to be on my side but behind closed doors they did nothing of the sort. 

These women discussed my private business with other employees and especially to Kari Cain to give her ammunition to complain so they would have just cause.  I suffered spiritually, physically, and mentally while working at MFM.  I racked up medical bills and now personal bills do the the toxic environment and my being fired.  I was also discriminated against due to my skin color and marital status.  They often poked jokes at me loud enough so I could hear and be effected.  This place is a mean girl environment.  I would not encourage anyone to take employment or do business with member first mortgage.
