Member Solutions Jonas Software Auto Renewal Scam - Terrible Customer Service Hatboro Nationwide

Do not use this company. They forced me to renew a seven month karate membership for my 8 year old son who cannot attend because I tried to cancel 27 days before the auto-renewal kicked in, instead of cancelling 30 days in advance.  They actually sent me a notice that the account was going to auto renewed three days after the auto renewal was activated.  Naturally when they emailed me the notice I called them to cancel, only to be informed over the phone that it was too late!

This company is a scam and a rip-off and they don't know how to treat your customers.
