This is a billing company for a ninjutsu school my 6 year old son attended. I signed a contract saying they could automatically debit my account for the membership fees. My son hasnt attended the school since April 2009 and the company (member solutions) says I cannot cancel his membership becuase of this contract. I have no copy of my own of this contract (even though I have requested it) and this is something that was not explained to me when i agreed to monthly billing. The contract terms should be stated by the school and not the billing company. The school is fully aware of this and said they could work it out but nothing has come of it and now member solutions continues to bill me and wants to give my account to a debt collector. I will not pay for services which are not received. This company has even debited my account after I revoked the permission, and when i told my bank to not allow debits from them they processed it by changing the way their company name appears. Their business practice is very unethical. How can a company hold a 6 year old to a membership agreement. Also when i was told my son could attend on scholarship for 3 months, the company extended my contract an additional 3 months. I was under the impression that the scholarship meant they wouldnt charge me for those three months and instead they extended my contract, without my approval and without my signature on anything stating this was allowed. The representatives are arrogant. I want my membership canceled and the billing to stop. This company is unethical and only an agent for the school.
