Currently have PC Tools on my computer as my anti-virus software. My account with PC Tools was setup for automatic renewal with my subscription with my credit card info. On 3/18/2009 PC Tools charged my account $40.27 to renew this subscription. Immediately after this charge and not before on 3/24/09 I have a charge for the exact same amount $40.27 by Memberhelper.com. Then on 4/8/09 I have another charge of the exact amount $40.27 from TMPASSIST.com. I researched both companies and they are in the UK. Called both companies and in order to find out who charged my account they wanted my credit card info. Not in this lifetime. Called PCTools and they indicated it was not them. I find it funny that I only had this problem directly after PCTools charged my account. I immediately went and shutoff and deleted my automatic renewal with PCTools and will start calling my bank. I believe this problem has started with PCTools and I will continue to talk to them as I think more individuals may be affected by this.
