A unauthorized charge came on the account on sunday 11/15/2015. I contacted the business (SXM) prior to contacting the bank, and SXM did not have my name, or phone number associated on a file. I then contacted the bank and asked to pull the charge of $354.49 as it was not authorized.

I also asked them to reverse the $5 transfer fee for $0.07. and I was told it could take 45 days for them to process this fraud case and reverse the funds, but in the mean time 3 pending transactions with $28.00 each of overdraft fees will be accessed to the account.

not the first time the bank places a $5 transfer fee for amounts less than $5.00

In the past the bank processed withdrawals prior to deposits causing overdraft fees.
