Members Edge Llc Surveys a RIP OFF scam FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Teaneck New Jersey

The latest phone bill had a charge of $19.95 on it from a voice mail service called Members Edge LLC. Until I received the bill I had never even heard of the company. It listed an 800 number and I called it and the lady who answered said that even though I had no recollection of signing up for the service, they wouldn't refund my money. So then I was transferred to a supervisior who wasn't very helpful either. She said she would not refund me my money. Read off my email my birthday and my phone number to me and said this was the information I used to sign up for the services. Number one, the email they quoted to me had been closed for like 3 months and was no longer used, number 2..I NEVER GIVE A REAL PHONE NUMBER OUT TO ANY OF THESE WEB SITES!!! AND IF YOU DO>>>>CHANGE IT TO SOMETHING FAKE QUICK!!!! So no results with the rude ladies I first talked to.

So I called back and I asked to speak with the PRESIDENT of the company. The 3rd lady was very kind but she told me that the president doesn't come into the offices and even if he did he doesn't take calls. I then kindly said to her thank you for your kindness. And I sujested to her that she finds another career because the company was commiting fraud!! Told her that I would simply call my losses because this was a no win situation and that I honestly didn't understand how anyone could live with themselves knowing they worked for this company.

I will gladly report that I have reported them to the BBB and while trying to post this report I tried to goto their website to get the address and information with the report and the site seems to not load so MAYBE they have FINALLY been busted for now.
