Members Only Training Lied about terms and conditions and refund policy when selling this product...complete scam Utah

I first inquired about this Work-From-Home product and shortly thereafter a girl called me and went through her slaes pitch.  It was only 39.75 and she said that I would receive a start up email from the company within 24 hours.  I actually received it within 30 minutes.  she also told me that once I read the information contained within the email that if I did not like what I purchased I could call or email a cancellation notice to get my refund.

I called the number shown on the email and got a jerk named John who proceeded to ask me how much I had in the savings and 401K, how was my credit, etc.  When I told him that was not required he said that I would need to invest between 5-6 thousand dollars with them to get started .  I told him that is not what I purchased.  I purchased a work for home one hour a day program whereby I would be cutting and pasting web links to differen web sites for advertising and would be paid for each one I submitted.  He then stated that did I really think they were going to help me make money wnad do it for free.  He hung up on me and I called the customer service line only to have the reps read over and over and over this preprinted statement that I had to do the program for a minimum of 30 days in order to be eligible for a refund.
