On February 6th after seeing a show on MSNBC, my wife chose to send $97.00 to the company.  She asked that I utilize the company offer for a month.  I Tried to do just that.  I called the number at the bottom of my page of instructions and was put in touch with a customer service rep.  (I was supposed to reach a startup specialist).  I was tranferred then to a sales co-ordinator, then transferred to a startup specialist from a foreign country.  I kept getting transferred from pillar to post but at no time was I told how to use the program purchased.  I began after 2 weeks to get my money back.  That request was denied because I had not used the program for 30 days.

On February 21, I finally reached a customer service rep that put me in touch with phone number 1 800 509 4206 (purely hosting).  This person on the other end of the line has heard of memberslearningcenter but he does not work for them he works for purely hosting, however, miraculously, he does just happen to have a phone number for memberslearningcenter.  (I am thinking these people are in cahoots with one another).  I explain my problem and he is able to give me a phone number that finally puts me in contact with a start up specialist.

I explain my frustration in pretty good detail and end with the question, "How can one use a program that does not work?"  I tried again and again to use the program only to get very similar results.  But, FINALLY, on February 21, I get a startup specialist.  Success?  Not really, because the start up specialist will not help me use my program until and unless I am willing to invest more money.

At this point I am beyond angry.  Why would I or anyone else invest additional funds when the first $97.00 has only gotten me NOTHING.  Not only do I have a program that does not work, I have been told I will get no support for the program already purchased.  The question now is, do I get my $97.00 back after 30 days because I tried to use the program or will after 30 days be told, I never really used the program (that doesn't work).  The idea is you have to use the program for 30 days and then get your money back.  Does anyone reading this smell a scam besides me.  I am so sorry that MSNBC has associated its good name with these people.  If others are experiencing my frustration, is there a lawyer who might be willing to accept this as a class action lawsuit against the powers that propagate this particular scam?
