Memorial Auto Central, Adam, Ararat Karoglanian ripoff vehicle on eBay, fraudulently sold me a car for 6K that cannot even pass inspection! Houston Texas

Used car dealer Ararat Karoglanian (aka "Adam") sold me a vehicle on eBay that he described in being EXCELLENT condition on his auction. Two days after I bought the vehicle, he called me and told me that the court house rejected the title transfer because there was a lien against it. The car had been in a flood zone & required a safety inspection. He told me that either he would do the inspection or I could take it to a local place.

Living over 60 miles away, I took it to a local professional auto shop. It failed.

A diagnostic revealed that the car had many, many problems & estimated about $2,300 to repair. Adam only offered to repair the A/C. I then asked to return the vehicle & get my money back. Adam wanted to "fix" the car himself.

So I opened a claim with eBay & PayPal. Adam became so angry that he began threatening to have me committed to jail and that I had "crossed the line" with him and that he was going to "make sure" I did things his way.

Nice, huh?

After Adam threatened me, I conducted a criminal background check on him. It seems as though Mr. Karoglanian has an assault conviction in the State of Texas, as well as a DWI.

Adam seems a little out of control. I sure hope he gets help for his drinking problem. And I really hope he doesn't get behind the wheel after getting sloshed.

I have since reported Adam to the following agencies to have them investigate his questionable sales tactics:

1. Texas Department of Motor Vehicles - Used Dealer License Enforcement Division.

2. Office of the Attorney General - Consumer Protection Division

3. Federal Trade Commission - Consumer Protection Division

4. The Houston Better Business Bureau

And I won't stop there. I committed to making Adam regret that he ever screwed me over. And I'm doing it the legal way.

Check him out on eBay as mac_texas_1 & be sure you NEVER buy from him. Well, unless you enjoy getting screwed. Be sure to bring some vaseline though...
