We had a liner installed by Memphis Pool. It was not installed correctly so we called them and complained. They came out and stretched the liner to "make it work". The service tech used some heating device to stretch the liner to fit. We were really shocked when he told us to "use a hair dryer in the future to avoid a service call". Of course, we knew better than to do that. We wouldn't get close to water with a hair dryer. Well, his quick fix worked! The liner seemed fine for years. Years later, guess where the liner started shredding and falling apart? You guessed it! In the exact spot where he worked and weakened the liner. All other areas are good. Memphis Pool first told us it was a liner problem.

So...as instructed, we called the liner manufacturer (notice they didn't call, they advise their customer to do all the work) and they said this work should have never happened as it "weakened the liner". After hearing this, Memphis Pool then claims it is a puncture! Really?! Keep in mind that a manager nor owner has LAID EYES on this problem. They will not even come look at it after we spent thousands on this liner. That, in itself, tells you plenty about their lack of customer service. I will be posting photos everywhere possible online so anyone can easily see that it is very obvious to be a breaking down and shredding, not even close to a "puncture".

The owner has exchanged emails with us AGAIN for the past few months and still will not offer to just come look at his own work! He wants more photos emailed. We did that. Finally, we just told him that we had grown tired of emailing and that we would call an attorney and post reviews online as a last resort - giving him every possible chance to come look at it! We certainly don't have thousands to waste and don't want another family stuck in the same situation as us. Do not trust them! If you want to risk thousands of dollars towards this type of service from an owner, don't be shocked and upset when you get the same treatment!
