Menachem (Mark) Meisner Jonathan (Jon) Hook I invested with these guys because other people in my community vouched for them. They paid me for the first 3 quarters and the last year and a half I have not seen a dollar from these guys. They go on lavish vacations and Jon Hook just bought a new jaguar but the monthly payments to me and every investor in this investment has stopped with no explanation. Watch out! I recently spoke with about 10 investors that invested with me in this and other deals. These guys screw everyone they come into contact with just not right away. otherwise it could be fraud. So they pay the first year and then screw everyone. This is there MO. Menachem (Mark) Meisner Jonathan (Jon) Hook I invested with these guys because other people in my community vouched for them.

They do the same thing to their tenants, they have many buildings in Hartford CT that they simply don't take care of. They're infested with rats, mice, bed bugs, and roaches. There's mold growing, leaking pipes, electrical issues etc. Yet these people still collect our rental payments and live lavish lifestyles, did I mention that they also collect the States money because they run an emergency shelter in their building which houses DCF cases and disaster victim's. Everything is wrong with this company, they could care less about the inhumane conditions because they laugh all the way to the bank.
