Menno Berndsen Not So EasyTemplates.Com Melbourne Australia Internet

I did a great deal of research in order to find both a stylish photography website and an affordable one. I am a struggling photographer and need to have a strong looking website with multiple photo galleries. I purchased the website and received the template as expected. I downloaded the product and there were no instructions.

When I contacted Menno Berndsen he did a little email song and dance- with large gaps in between answering my very succinct and detailed questions about uploading my images. I would get about one or two cryptic sentences which did me no good. I finally found a FAQ page on the EasyTemplates.Com web site and thru tril and error maneuvered my way a little closer to a polished website. Then the photo galleries would not allow me to upload the images.

The little technical support I received told me to call my service provider, it wasn't their problem. No answers, no support. Now, I am pretty computer savvy and VERY persistent. I was unable to achieve a working website after trying everything possible for 8 days straight. Nor was a collegue of mine that actually builds websites. He concurred that it was far too difficult to figure it out and that I was wasting my time.

I then wrote a final email and requested my money back. Again a delayed response from "Not So" EasyTemplates.com. A curt- "you cannot get money back for a product that has already been downloaded." I wrote back and said that I could not under any circumstances actually make it work and I sill wanted my money back. No response. Do yourself a favor- spend up to $400 and buy a template from a company in the US- and one that has technical support from LIVE people that actually CARE. I am furious!
