In May of 2017, I purchased a "designer khaki" suit from this retailer via their website. When the suit arrived, the quality did not come close to matching the description. I contaced them and organized a return. In order to return the item, I needed to download the return form from thrie website, list the reason(s) why I was returning, include what item(s) I wished to have as a replacement, as well as payment of $25 per item for each item I wished to have instead. I did all of this.

I went to my local post office, purchased a oney order for the $25 as well as paid for the postage for return. I shipped the suit back to the address on their form. As of September 9, 2017,all I have received from their customer service department is excuses such as "we've moved, we can't find your return, etc" I have not received my replacement nor a refund. Just the run-around.
