I was expecting twins. On 03/15/2010 I placed an order for a Baby Jogger City Mini Double Stroller for my twins that I was expecting within 2 weeks.

Right when I placed the order I got an email confirmation stating everything is in stock and it will ship on 03/26/2010. Once the day arrived they said it has been shipped and they are locating a tracking number for me. A week later they email me and schedule a different ship date. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME FOUR TIMES AND COUNTING.

They do not return phone calls and are very mean and unfriendly.

Now I have a set of beautiful twins with no way of taking them around. My new scheduled ship date is now 07/17/2010! I have contacted them numerous times to just cancel the order and refund my money but they refuse to do so.

I am filing a dispute with my credit card company as well as filing a claim in small claims court. I cannot wait to sue them.

Stay away from these thieves.
