Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, LLC is falsely accusing me of owing $2861.75 to their customer Capital Asset Holdings, Us Bank. They are trying to settle the claim for $1001.61 in lieu of the whole amount. I do not have any knowledge of ever having an account with Capital Asset Holdings, US Bank and therefore refuse to pay ANY amount. They claim a negative credit report will be filled against me if I don't pay.
