Yes, I did look up this collection agency to make sure it was legit and licenced. It is. And even with Robo calls someone has to be in the office it start them. 

You say you were meeting with a lawyer. Did you show them the "proof" you had on your phone? What did they do when they saw it.

I wrote this report because I feel that everyone should know that its illegal to call within certain hours.  Most collection agencies have robo calling equipment which is what I believe happened.  The fact that somone says they looked up a company because they did not know what it was to write a response to a report is extremely unusual as normally if you are on this site it is to write a report not scan through all the reports that were written and try to do research on a company that you stated you no nothing about.

 First of all yes they did call at those times I did not speak to anyone as I did not answer the phone how ever I did return their call and that is how I found out who it was and who they were looking for. The only reason you would respond like you did to my complaint is because you work for that company. I have proof from cell phone records of the calls

I was not familiar with this company so I looked it up. It is a legal and licenced collection agecy located in New York. Since you are in the same time zone are you SERIOUSLY suggesting that some employees BREAK INTO THE OFFICE at 5am just for the sole purpose of calling you and breaking the law. I highly doubt it.
