MERCER-COCA-COLA Ripoff my father passed and the company claim they did not receive his benificiary,therefore I sent a copy of the Will and the company still want to give the funds to whom they want to how could this PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island

My father worked for Coca-Cola for over 30 years he died while still employed at Coca-Cola. However legal document were left in place to carry out my father's last wishes although the his employer's and subsidaries decided to do as and they wish and go against his wishes the company received a legal notarized documents and did not follow through with supporting documents.

My father updated his beneficiary to co-inside with his legal documents but the company claim that there is no beneficiary and that they have decided to go with the last known spouse after asking me to releash documents to them which is not what is in my father's Last Will and Test. This legal document was done before the marriage and stood during the marriage and after the marriage. I have followed all of my father wishes all the way down being responsible for funeral cost and remaining bills. I urge  others not to invest with this company and their un justice tactics of arbitration and I am seeking legal forces.
