We ordered Debbie Meyer lockin Green Bags which were advertised on an infomercial at $9.95 for 10 plus $6.95 postage and handling. The automated answering system [(800) 298-6230] stated that they would send 10 large and 10 medium at no extra charge and then kept prompting to add additional items but were continuously rejected with "NO".
When order was received, the package contained a double order (two packages each with 10 large and 10 medium bags. My credit card was charged with $63.80 which is nearly 4 times the stated charge. I called the company and was told they could adjust my charge but it was for more than the $16.90 I was told it would be. They then said I would have to send the merchandise back for a refund. I have done that by certified mail which they received over two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten a refund.
This is a SCAM company that should be put out of business
