Merchandise Direct/ Buxton Bag Talking to a computer doesn't work Wallingford Connecticut

Apparently like many others, I was duped into thinking that because it was a Buxton Bag, there was a degree of reliability to the TV offer. I also stayed on the line for a very long time - talking to a computer - and finally after 2 months, I received 2 identical bags (I ordered 2 different colors) and when I checked my Credit Card bill on line, found that they had charged me $57+ when on the TV offer, the ONE BAG was to cost less than $20.

Whatever you do, stir clear of this one - it's definitely a rip off and with no return address, nor information in the package, you have no recourse.
I just hope enough people read this and put them out of business. Like one other person said, it's bad enough to scam, but when you do it to senior citizens, you are really going too far.
