Merchant Account Providers High Risk Pay Lied about Fees Internet

I ran into their website and applied for a merchant account. A few days later i was sent an approval email from a merchant account providers representative. i was linked to a merchant account which turned out to be uncompatible with my website. i was told that i would be charged a monthly fee of $10 an month and realized i had been charge a fee of $149.00. When i called they said that they charged a one time fee of $149.00 and that i had been told that over the phone. I had been lied to. all of a sudden i begin to recieve emails from the same person but from a different email address. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and alowed the $149.00 to be payed and continued. After changing my merchant to one that was compatible with my site, i was told that the previous account had been closed and i could continue paying the same about with the new merchant. new month came i had been charged $10 from the first merchant and $18 from the new merchant( i was only suppose to pay $10) i called them to find out why and i was told that they had told me that i needed to contact the first merchant to cancel. that was a lie. i contacted them and canceled. then i had two charges from merchant bank appear on my bank account which sent my account into a negative. i had 3 NSF's. i called them and the guy that was resposible for handling my account could not verify the charges so he put me on with a manager which was very rude and told me that if i didnt sell more that $25 in a month i would be charged $34.95 a month. i was never told. i never signed anything that said i would be charged. Then after asking that my account be completly closed i was sent an email charging me $299 for breaking a 36 month contract. WHAT A SCAM!!!
