Merchant Capital Funding representing Benchmark CC solutions MERCHANT CAPITAL FUNDING promised business loan so I would change my CC processing New York, New York

MERCHANT CAPITAL FUNDING SCREWED
ME OVER!!  ***SCAM!!!***

 After weeks of providing paperwork and jumping through various of hoops and hours of my time to reassign my credit card processing, my representative "Edward" at extension 818 which is now not valid- disappeared.  I called and emailed many times over to confirm THE PROMISE or a minimum of $3,000. capital for my business.  What burns me up is I was promised I had been approved "not fake approved REALLY approved"  so I asked Edward how I knew the loan would come through once I signed everything over to their company.  I was PROMISED he would make nothing if I didn't get the loan, so trusting him, I signed everything over- this was a lengthy process costing me money and business. 

Then, I got a call from some other, quite rude rude rep who harassed me on the phone so I reached out the Edward again.  He spoke with me once more and only by calling EVERYDAY did I finally get an answer from another rep two weeks later who said my case was "dead"  Now my business is seriously injured as I allocated the funds from the loan I was promised to other things and are seriously screwed without these funds. 
The new rep gave me some story about my type of business being restricted at this time re. funding, but I cannot and will not believe anything these scammers tell me anymore as I've heard too many stories and excuses from
then at this point. 

TWO WEEKS LATER 
M.C.F(U!) after many, many calls to get someone to even pick up from my phone number, promised to send me a disconnect notice waiving the $750. fee for early cancellation of my credit card processing contract.  I CANT BELIEVE I THOUGHT THEY WOULD!!  Ive called back now an insane number of times and have been given the endless run around and THEY REFUSE TO LET ME SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR and now my reps extensions are invalid and they refuse to send me the paperwork for the signing out of their credit card processing without the $750. Fee!! 
DONT GET TRAPPED IN THIS SCAM!

I am a very small business and they may have ended my company.  I cannot believe anyone
would do this and call themselves a legitimate company!

LOOKOUT!!!!  DO NOT BELIEVE OR SIGN ANYTHING OVER to Merchant Capital Funding WITHOUT YOUR LOAN FIRST!!  I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE!!!
