We used the company Merchant Cash and Capital, LLC for a cash advance through our credit card terminal.
Everything was fine until we came to the end of our contract. Our re-payment terms were finally met in Sept. '09. My records indicated that we overpaid them by $250. We have no control over the payments beacuse they are automatically deducted from our daily credit card daily batches.
I called and indicated this to them and they said "we charged an extra $250 for non-batches" - Zachary/Supervisor. This charge according to the supervisor is written in our contract but it is supposed to be based on a percentage of daily batches. The $250 sounded like a nice even number. So I asked Zachary on 9/28/09 for a copy of a statement or receipt indicating this deduction for my records.
I have never received it. So I kept calling and was referred to a D. Gallagher/unknown position. I explained the story to him and still...no receipt or statement.
I have since called almost every day and left messages on both persons voicemail. No return phone call or copy of this charge.
Why would a company hide from providing a receipt if there was no wrong doing?

There was no "wrong-doing" as quoted below. In fact, your account was sent to collections because you breached your agreement. Your account was refunded on 10-25 for the difference of $239.73.
Please remove this complaint. Our company would not or did not hide from any charge. This was not a fee, but an overpayment. The below information is false and the overpayment was $239.73, which was refunded.
