They will not let you write a bad reveiw about them, and i've emailed and spoken with them several times about trying to get some very important paperwork that i can only get from them. And they would tell you whatever you want to hear and then do nothing at all, they said yeah we sent that out for you it should take 7-10 bussiness days I waited the whole time and received nothing so i retryed this process three times and waited the full amount of time and still have received nothing. Also they are trained to shift the respondsibility on anyone else possible first before themselves even if the problem is all to do with them. After a couple emails they will act like you have never sent them a email needing customer service to make you have no choice but to keep on retelling them what you already have many times before so that you give up on needing customer service from them.

... (mike P) concerning this incident, this whole situation had entirely nothing to do with my sister or me and you and Mrs.Tasha know this. We are both unrelated to this, it was the only other employee working that white chick that said everything to the police or the head manager whoever heard about it which she got Mrs.Tasha in trouble for.
