Warning do not sign any contract or papers from any of these corporations. Great Con artist. I made an appointment over the phone for 6/4/2007 with Tim Nardini about saving me money on merchant sevices. He came and said definitely I can save you money however he convinced me to get a imprinter which I did not need. It took over three weeks to receive. After seeing all the fees being charged and not making any money off the machine I decided to cancel/closure my account 8/9/2007 and paid $350.00 cancellation fee on 11/14/2007. Pat Billinger 954-8517462 told me to send back the machine to:First Data Global Leasing 1307 Walt Whitman Road Melville, NY. 11747 and I won't be charged. I sent it through the US Postal Service 8/10/2007. This company has a horrible entrapment going on against customer. They tell Pat this address to tell people so they came say it wasn't received and hide the machine at warehouse in Melville, NY. Tim Nardini filed a pre-trial notice to appear conference/ mediation for Merchant Lynx Services however no witnesses were allowed to come. I or Attorney was only allowed. They forced me to sign a new lease agreement of $39.99 starting 10/17/2008 for 36 months. I do not need an imprinter.
