Recently, there have been a growing number of complaints against MerchantOne Payments circulating online by merchants that are complaining of hidden fees, undisclosed transaction fees, no proper clarity when seeking answers from their customer support personnel and so on. A lot of the merchants seem to be caught in this web of deceit, where they seem to get charged fees (which keeps increasing for some reason), on their bills that cannot be explained.

Heres what one of them had to say – “they will bleed you dry with fees (unknown fees) and trying to get answers or find out any real information is impossible”. There are many more such instances on the web. It seems that MerchantOne seriously needs to shift focus to ensure that their services cater to the very people that help keep them afloat, rather than maliciously extorting money out of them.
