Yes, DO NOT USE! They went into My checking account and withdrew funds without My authorization. This in turn caused numerous overdrafts. They also lied about the services they could provide for me. I have never been able to use them, although I've paid them monthly for 2 years. Now they have tacked on a Non complience fee. Although they know I can't use them, and have never used them. Their products are outdated.
