To whom it may regard,
Our company was taken advantage of by Merchant Warehouse and Authorize.Net.
After signing up with Merchant Warehouse for credit card processing, a Sales Representative altered figures on the agreement that our company hadn't agreed to nor accepted. Debits from our company business checking account were made that resulted in over-drafts and additional account problems.
We have been courteous while allowing these companies the opportunity to resolve the matter and they've failed to do so. Our financial institution have been notified and are in cooperation with us in regards hereof. Our company is therefore seeking damages and want to file a Class-Action lawsuit against both companies mentioned in this letter.
