ONE DAY SAM THE MERCHANT REP WALKS INTO MY OFFICE AND COMPARES MY RATES AND PROMISES TO BEAT THEM BY $300.00 PER MONTH I SAID OK LETS DO THIS BUT I DONT BELIEVE IN LONG TERM CONTRACTS HE SAYS MONTH TO MONTH TO GET MY BUSINESS
MY FIRST STATEMENTS ARRIVES AND NOW I AM PAYING $300 MORE THEN I WAS BEFORE SO HE SAYS HE WILL LOOK INTO THIS THERE MUST BE A MISTAKE LET ME GET THIS CREDIT BACK ASAP . NEXT MONTH APPEARS NO CREDIT AND STILL $ 300 HIGHER THEN WHAT I WAS PAYING SO I TRY CALLING MY REP AND WHATS HAPPENS NO ANSWER LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES SO I QUICKLY FIND A NEW MERCHANT AND SIGN A NEW CONTRACT
I FIND OUT THAT MBN MERCHANT BANCARD NETWORK FROM VALENCIA CALIFORNIA IS NOW CHARGING US A MONTHLY FEE $74.95 I QUICKLY CALL THESE GUYS AND EXPLAIN MY SITUATION TO THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER DAVID SANCHEZ THEY SAY TOO BAD SIR YOU ARE LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT FOR 3 YEARS AND NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT THIS.
I AM SO UPSET ANYWAYS 2 YEARS LATER 6 CALLS INTO DAVID AND STILL HE HAS NO HEART I WAS HOPING HE WOULD LET ME OUT AFTER 2 YEARS AND NO LOVE FROM THIS GUY OR COMPANY SO I AM FINALLY FED UP AND WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS AND HAVE NO HEART STAY AWAY THERE IS HUNDREDS OUF MERCHANT SERVICES COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE
