Merchants Credit Assn......,..Cooper These People are lower than Fish Waste Redmond Washington

I was just finding out I have a collection report on my credit handled by Merchants credit association.

I was in a care center in 2010 for 32 days after having Hip Replacement surgery.

This crooked company now tells me that I owe 2332 in medical bills from my stay there. I called and visited the care center and talked to the head person and he told me that in 2010 my account was clear and I owed nothing. He furthermore stated that if an account was turned over to collection then it would show on my account that the account had been transferred.

Merchants Credit and this Mr. Cooper(probably an alias) told me and I quote that he did not give a God d**n what they told me and that I owed them and not the care center.

This man was the nastiest man I have ever spoken to.

The end result is I owe the Care Center nothing and they told me even with the co-pays ; The bill would have been no where near the 2332 that Merchants credit says.

How do people like hime get away with doing things like this and try to ruin someones credit just forthe hell of it. Cooper made it known to me that he would do all he could to ruin my credit if I did not pay him.  The care center says I owe them nothing so I believe that this "Cooper" is an extortionist that is trying to line his own pockets. How are people like this able to conduct themselves in such a manner?

Are there not laws that prohibit these trolls from just getting off in making other peoples' lives in a constant flux?
