This collection agency thought it would be smart to keep harassing me with mail and calls. Even thought I filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy and it was discharged in 2009.
We'll I called this company told them to stop there threats and ect... They basically told me to blank off and So I decided to email someone higher up and they said we'll this communcation is not the right type of communication they will not do anything about this.
So I emailed again with my anger and rage and basically to sum it all up I told them I was going to sue them for 1.2 million dollars for there constant harassment and other threats. few days later they sent me a letter telling me they were not notified of my bankurptcy and now they know and everything will be reported as by law basically kissing blank and catering to all my needs stupid scum bags lol

Ramjet whata the matter why so angry oh I must have hit a nerve ths proof is in the putting sounds like your trash collecting days are over. If I were you I wouldn't purchase anymore debt for pennies on the dollar for a bundle of debts because thats all your going to buy is Basically people trash left over wrappers toliet paper rotten food thats all your doing.
Word of advice for a junk collector that makes $10.00 an hour I would quit as soon as possible cause more and more people will quit paying these debts you buy and you will just have more paper weights to try to pawn off on another collection agency they won't want we know all your tricks crook.

Looks like he feels pretty smug and superior to rip off as many creditors as he can.
I've known others like him and he's pretty much a slug.
Wonder if he'd feel the same if someone owed him and basically ripped HIM off?
People like this cost the rest of us, as vendors/providers have to raise their prices/rates to make up for his lack of conscience.
