 I worked for another company that was owned by same people and it closed so they put me in a bad situation with a devil and liar. I was with their sister company which was a temp agency. They pushed me into a job that I had no training to do. I was verbally attacked and thearthened by this big mouth blow hard woman. I didn't appreciate her ugly self and I told her she was out of line. I also told the sorry management and of course they didn't address the issue and I told them more than one. So she lied to the unemployment officer and he is also a loser to take sides with her and I had proof about the whole incident . They just didn't want to pay benefits which had already been paid by the company that closed. Now unemployment wants me to pay back for their mistake. I even spke with a lawyer and the judge he didn't even listen to the case and said just go with unemployment. I was a recruiter and assistant manager and did unemployment claims and know they all lied so I wouldn't continue to get unemployment I got it for a few weeks. They also stole my vacation time and didn't pay me for it and I had 3 weeks. I did not work for those goones I worked for the temp service 5 years. I also left and was asked to come back because they liked my work. My husband was out of work at that time and that was helping us to eat. They are a bunch of paranas...that's being nice. I was not heard at all by unemployement at all they just went with lies. Everybody that's left from those companies have been ripped off and treated like crap. So I was not the first or the only one. I wish I had sued them for all they are worth.

The company that I worked for 5 years went out of business, instead of paying me unemployment they put me into a job that I knew nothing about.  The woman that did the job for 17 years was to train me and she didn't and all she did do was threathen me cuss me out and use ultamatiums..I told her don't talk to me in that manner.  She then lied to the unemployment officer and now trying to make me pay back unemployment.  I spoke with a lawyer and a judge and the judge didn't have the intelligence to listen to what happened and of course he didn't want to get involved.  I had proof of everthing.  The stole 3 weeks vacation from me and didn't pay me for it.  Everybody that dealt with them they did they same way.  I did deserve that unemployment.  I left the company and they called me back because they liked my work.  Their sister company that I worked for was a temp agency and I was a recruiter and did unemployment claims.  I knew they were a bad rotten bunch.  I thinks somebody needs to step in where these unemployment officers take sides with these lying theiving companies because they have already paid the unemployment insurance but refuse to giv it to the employees that deserve it.
