August 17, 2005, received letter stating I owed Southwestern Bell, $331.29. Gave me option ot pay in full, 3 payments or monthly payments. This is the second letter from Merchants Credit.
I am annoyed that they sent the letter but most of all that they have my SS #. I intend to investigate for as long as it takes to get this company out of our lives.
If I have to, I will begin a Class Action Suit against this company. This is Fraudlent - I don't know where they got my SS # from but, I do know I will find out.
Beware of this company. On the internet there are 18 pages of compalints about this company. Don't let them scare you. This is nothing more than a boiler room rip off.
