Merchant's Credit Guide Co. I was sent a collection debt on a credit card I do not have. Ripoff Chicago Illinois

This is the SECOND time this company has sent me a debt bill in the mail. I called them the first time which was a couple of years ago and thought maby I owed money until I realized I do not own a credit card, just a debt card. Now I am getting another bill for $4046.03 this time saying I owe money for the same credit card I do not own. I called this company and complained to them this time and told them they were fraud. The lady I spoke with had my ss# which really alarmed me. She tried to explain herself and said maby someone used my credit card. But I do not own a credit card. I will NOT send them money and I wished someone would do something about this company. Innocent people are being scamed.
