I have credit protection and was notified that Merchants Credit Guide Co has notified Equifax that I have opened an account with them in the amount of $3584.
This amount just happens to be an amount owed to a credit card over 20 years ago. This was on my credit report for 8 years and was written off by the original creditor. Well they obviously bought the debt and think they can collect it.
I will not allow them to ruin my credit
