Merchant's Foodservice Unfair,and underpaid Jackson Mississippi

i worked for merchant's Foodservice. I started out as a Lumper in the freezer, and moved to my own position in the cooler. I worked for the company for 6 1/2 months and every day was hell. I had a supervisor, who was a common thief who stole from the company, and herassed employees, who would not fall under his reign and be his personal slave. I was being tormented day in and day out, with my job being hung over my head daily.

I made numerous complaints to all executive staff, who didn't give a rats a*s about what was going on on the docks, as long as they were getting there salaries, and the products were meeting there production rate, which I was one of the employees who made sure it was going to happen, whether i was being treated unfair or not.

We were promised raises in our wages which we were told was going to be paid to us by a specific date. we never recieved them, until one day I decided i wasn't going to be treated like a commonm slave. me and the supervisor had a verbal altercation, and i threatned to snitch on him about his thieving from the comp[any, making our altercation turn physical. i was fired, and he was not. later i heard he was finally, caught for stealing, and they only demoted him. Whenever i try to get a job, they call them for references, and the seceratary, who was my supervisors, undercover bed partner gives me a bad name."lawsuit"
