Over the past week we have had dozens of phone calls, some from a man calling himself Dean O'Brien, another called himself Kevin Steele.
Four different members of management have dealt with these calls. All were sworn at. All were frightenly mean, rude, unprofessional and a huge waste of time.
On one occasion I phoned back and when I identified myself "so called" Dean O'Brien started laughing hysterically and asked why I couldn't make up a better name that that.
The matter this company has phoned about relates to a Costruction employee who is usually in the field. It is a personal matter and does not apply to our business or any of the owners or members of management.
We have asked him to stop calling here, we have given his number to the employee they are inquiring about and he has phoned them, but we cannot get the abuse to stop.

Send them a cease and desist letter, certified mail, return receipt requested. Make sure you include ALL of the phone numbers they are NOT to all, including fax number. If they continue to call or if they fax after receipt of the letter, then write down the date and time and report them to the FTC. I don't know if your local law enforcement agency would be willing to assist you, but you might contact them as well.
