merchants tire and auto angry wife jacksonville North Carolina

My husband started working at merchants a few months ago, and has been being screwed over since. he has not made the right amount of pay, has been kept past the scheduled work hours almost everyday and (not just an hour or two over try three sometimes four), has been called in on almost all of his days off and as far as family emergencies go like our children having to go to the emergency room they are considered un important because they are no relation to the boss. They also dont allow the proper amount of breaks or break times for the employees. The sad part is he isnt the only employee this store has done this too. 

The boss there has no idea what he is doing with vehicles and has made jobs twice as hard for the employees when he decides to try and be a "mechanic". He hires people that have never worked in the field of automotive and doesnt give them the proper training they need to do the job descriptions.

I have heard from plenty of the employees that this store is lying to the costomers, over charging them for jobs, and creating problems that arent there.
