Meredian Financial Services/ Loan Services Reports entered by some customers making other customers run for the hills, Internet

I do remember you working with me during my many headaches with Meredian. I am very interested in what you have to talk about concerning Meredian. It's been a month now since I closed with Meredian, I have been trying to contact Russell almost on a day to day bases. And he has'nt returned my calls yet. I really need to contact someone about My loan application. I would like someone to review it. I'm can assure you, they over charged the heck out of me.Whom ever respond to my last report. I really would like to talk with you & the D.A that you have been talking with. I am so mad with Meredian right now, I can't sleep at night  because I find myself just sitting, trying to find ways of legally getting back what's mine. Since we can't give out contact info on this site. how can we make this work I eagerly await your response. Brian

This pertains to Brian from his last report and any other customers. I actually assisted you in the beginning and middle of your loan process and I was very thorough and honest. I was accused of going to work for a different company which made the owner, James really mad. Russell is just as scandilous as James is. I have been trying to reach you because I have been cooperating with the District Attorney's office in regards to Meredian's Fraudulant activities. When I was employed there, we were told by James Assali as "his" policy to charge a certain amount up front which had to be okayed by him before any paperwork was sent out. Please contact me on my email as many other customers with the same or similar issues have had. You are not the only one that has been duped! All the customers I worked with was supposed to receive between $10,000-$19,000 cash out from their loans and they did not receive their money until 2 months after their loan funded!! When a loan funds, all funds are dispursed within 72 hours. I have been in this business over 4 years, and not once did it take longer than that. Meredian have always been desparate for money so they would push to get check numbers, routing numbers, credit card information, etc... Please email me so I can tell you more information about what the DA plans to do. I cannot discuss this on this site. (((Redacted)))

First of all, Let me appologize to all of those victims of Meredian financial Corp. After the way Meredian jumped to finalize my closing. And the way they were handling me . ( professionally ). I truly wanted to believe that this company wanted to show me and the world that they were a legit company. But then reality hit. After carefully  reading my contract numerous times. I found several Items of concern. This company made more on this deal then I did after receiving my cashout. I fact they probably doubled their profit in closing then most financial companies would have charged. I'm still kicking myself in the butt for letting this happen to me. I urge anyone reading this message. If you are thinking of using Meredian as your choice. Get out , and run as far away from this company as you can. Remember, the devil used a snake to deceived Adam & Eve. And when It's all over, You'll see those senior advisor's shed their skins. They have one adviser that uses Gods name while talking to his customers. Heck, I was beginning to think that he was a minister. He loves to promise you the world. Oh, and the infamous Russell, The person I thought so highly of, The person I praised. He want even return my calls. After reviewing my credit card statements. I saw where a $250.00 charge was deducted for the month of Oct. Nov, And Dec. Can you believe it . 3 appraisals was performed on my home. Don't think so. Well I was promised that a check would be cut for ReImbursement. I believe thats why Russell want return my calls. Well, I'm going to contact the Attorney Generals office to see if I can send them a copy of my contract for review. And I guess my local FBI office is my next step. If anyone knows of an attorney thats considering a class action on this company. Please inform me. With our economy the way it is . I can't afford to give up money like this. Is their anyone I can get to  look over my contract to establish a second opinion. I guess my knowing that I was getting some thing out of this deal really clouded my decision making.

Well, I'm writing to acknowledge that Meredian Financial Corp Has totally satified my trust in them. They have honored all contractual agreements between the company & myself.  I must say , They  worked very hard to get me a good rate, with payment that will not hurt my pockets, and a cashout to boot. I've read a lot of your comments concerning Meredian. And they were disturbing, but in my case, So untrue. Meredian have been very professional with me. And now that my case is closed. I am very pleased with my out come. I'm a customer from florida, and I admit doing business long distance is scary. But I'd trust referring Meredian to a friend.
