I purchased NexGard flea killing Product from my vet. It did not work. I asked for a refund and never heard from the company again. Their packaging did not have a number or address on it. I had to research everything to find this companys info.

The NexGard product did not work. My vet highly recommended the NexGard product. It says that adult fleas will be dead after 24 hours. My dog endured the fleas for days.

After 19^th day I couldn’t let my dog suffer anymore and went back to the vet and purchased AdvatageII and after 24 hours, no fleas. That’s what I expected from the NexGard product and it didn’t happen.

I send a copy of my vet receipt and I’m also attached the LOT information. Maybe I just got a bad lot.
