Sadly we came across this company that is also known as Countrywide Relocations or Express relocation, this company is ripping off people all over the country, its a SCAM, can't find a better word.

They already have a lot of serious complains in BBB and other places. We hired this service based on a 700 cft estimate. It went up to 1700 when even the truck used for this doesn't have that size. I know this now that I'm doing my research. I have pictures of the truck and my goods doesn't take more than half the truck, so no more than 800 cft probably. I have paid twice the real money. I couldn't do anything, once I found out, since they were not delivering and keeping my things hostage.

After calling several times, on a daily basis, my stuff was being sent almost every day but the following day again wasn't true. Finally they would never answer the phone, and the Owner Levani Chitashvili threatened me not to send anything, amazingly rude and unbelievable bad customer service. Clearly something wasn't right so end up contacting the authorities to get my things back. The guys came to deliver, again same truck from a company that based on the DOT I would never hire, Express Relocations services. The DOT also belong to Countrywide Relocations which is now closed after several complaints. They got here and left in a rush, not leaving me even an invoice. Broken furniture, missing boxes and they didn't even left the boxes properly in the rooms. I had to do this myself. It is unbelievable they are operating and worst is, that is not the first time.
