Against my better judgment, I was talked into posting my timeshare for sale on their website. This required an 8 month contract in which I was guaranteed a refund of my advertising fee if my property was not rented or sold in the specified time frame.
I have fulfilled my 8 months and the property has not been sold or rented. Now that it is time for my refund, all necessary documents have been sent to Meridian. They will not return my phone calls. They will not return my emails. They have my money and will not respond to any of my requests.
I will be filing a lawsuit in small claims in hopes of recouping my money. Do not fall for their smooth talking sales men!
I have learned my lesson, but do not let them fool you too!

We do apologize for any delay in procesisng Ms. Rachel's refund request. All refund request are processed and refunded at the beginning and end of each month. Our records show Ms. Rachel's completed refund request was submitted to us on April 9, 2009 which was too late to be processed at the beginning of April. Ms. Rachel's refund was approved and processed April 30, 2009, under transaction number MA0057889792. All supporting documents are on file and available upon request and approval.
