Placed phone order on November 19th 2013 to buy bars and coins. Did not get confirmation by email of order until November 20th.

They said If I pay by credit card or by wire they can have it shipped to me in same day or if I pay by check they will hold the order for 23 days. I sent a check several days prior to placing the order which would reduce the 23 day holding period.

On the 25th day I sent 2 emails to Johanna requesting the status of my order and never recieved a reply even after 9 days has gone by. I was sent an email by Tim after 29 days stating that there could be issues in shipping because of recent snow storms beyond their control. Well that has got to be a total lie. If I can place a wire or credit card order and they will ship same day that means they have the product in possesion. If I send in a check they still have posseion of the product but need to wait to see the validity of the check. So the snow storm would be a lie. A snow storm could hold shipping for a day or two but all of my other orders with various web sites arrived on time.

After 29 days of waiting they send me an email stating that the order is scheduled to ship next week but could still be delayed above and beyond that due to christmas holidays. So may have to wait for a total of 38 days or longer. When that day comes I wonder what exuse they will use.

Scheduled for next week? So now I have to wait 38 days or longer depending on the holidays?

It would seem to me that these guys are total scheisters. Making every exuse in the book to keep my money for whatever evil doings they see fit.

 

To Merit Gold: If you are listening, wait until you hear from the BBB and the State Attorney Generals Office.
