MERIT SERVICE SOLUTIONS NON-PAYMENT TO VENDORS! WORKED FOR MONTHS WITH NO PAY. FIGHTING TO GET PAID! Marlton New Jersey

Merit Service Solutions is a property management company with the contract for Kohls.  We are a sweeping company and were contracted by Merit Service Solutions to sweep the Kohls location in West Springfield, Massachusetts.  It has been a fight from day one to get paid in a timely fashion.  Kohls pays them but they do NOT pay their vendors.  Rather than pay their current vendor, they just "replace" the vendor.  We have tried all avenues to collect funds from them; however, we keep getting the run around from their offices.  They have acknowledged that the work was performed by our Company and yet we still can not get paid for our services rendered.  Apparently, from research I have now done, they also treat their plowing vendors in the same manner.  Our company will not work for them again.  VENDORS BEWARE!  THIS COULD BE YOU!
