I went to Biloxi Regional several times in January. On February 25th, 2016 against Gulf Oaks employees for simple assault, they explained to the judge that they didn't want me at Biloxi Regional Hospital/ merithealth, memorial hospital, crisis stabilization center and Gulf Oaks. This case was continued from 2/4/2016 when I asked for a public defender. These two facilities can file insurance claims with my Medicare and constantly call me for my bills but I can't get my medical records because of this foolishness. However after I leave Gulf Oaks on 1/20/2016 this hospital can do my drug screen for worker compensation and didn't feel threaten then after my situation with Gulf Oaks. Can you say insurance fraud, and several legal ramifications for this company seriously.

First of all - "your" medical records are their property not yours. Want your records?? Send them a medical records request form and you will have to pay for them.
Second - the reason they probably do not want you there is because of your behaviors = so that is on you. They have every right to bill your Medicare for services provided since you have been there multiple times.
Start taking responsibility for your own actions and stop blaming others.
