DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Merwin Coad and Vanemer Wealth, LLC. Merwin Coad is a seasoned ripoff artist. In May of 2009, I purchased a gutted out rowhouse from Merwin Coad for $65,400. with a purchase contract stating that the rowhouse would be rehabbed in sixty days. This never happened. Merwin Coad walked away with all my money and left me with a gutted out rowhouse.
Merwin Coad's partner in all of this scam is Shams Khan. Shams Khan is also working as VP of Operations for a company called Creative Investment Concept, LLC in conjuction with Doyl Coad, a relative of Merwin Coad. They are all in this together.
Merwin Coad's latest scam is "My 10 Minute Biz." Do not be lulled into a false sense of security by Merwin Coad's contracts and guarantees. They are not worth the paper that they are written on. This scam deal has cost me an additional $10,000. to try to hold onto the property. All total, I have lost over $75,000. on this ripoff deal.
Don't just take my word for this. Do your homework. There is enough out there on the internet to give you insight into the workings of Merwin Coad. Had I done any research, I would never have given Merwin Coad a dime of my money. Merwin Coad has been ripping people off for years under phony corporations and phony addresses.
I plan on turning this in to the FBI. If there is anyone out there that wants to join me, please write to me at PO Box 9, Herald, CA 95638. If I can save one other person from being scammed - it will be worth it.

i have known merwin for a long time. no way shape or form would he intentioanlly throw anyone under the bus like this. i started as a friend than got into the program my self and was so happy decided to work in the program as well to help and encourage financial success for others. Because of merwin and his program im knowledgeable in real estate and have the ability to work from home doing my own business. all companies have negative comments but not many companies in this field have a A- score in the BBB. to have been around for so long doing deals for over 29 years and such a high score an minimal complaint in this busines is impressive.
