The truth is that there are secret societies that operate the corruption and dishonesty so prevalent by governments and law enforcement agencies. In a healthy Democratic Rebublic these oxymorons, of two faced Media publishing of the one sided view of the overseers versus the practice of true occurances of oppression against civilians, would be near non-existant. Unfortunately our system of government in the three branches is very sick. Anyone who speaks up about this growing cancerous problem is labelled as a terrorist or a subversive or a radical conspiracy wacko. The facts speak for themself. It shows a sense of certain pedjudice and ignorance to blame 'The Mormons' for the acts of corruption or to blame any people or religion for the bad acts or bad examples of some persons that one might think resemble or have alliance with other persons or religious affiliations. The fact is that, although 'The Mormons' may have founded the actual City of Mesa, a seperate and distinctly secretive institution that boasts in their encyclopedic history of the expulsion of some 1500 Mormons and Brigham Young from their Illinois Grand Lodge in 1847 actually are in power and control of Mesa. I speak of The Free Masons. (Oh no not another illuminati theorist!)
Certainly review these facts yourself. On the cornerstone of the Mesa City Court is a dedication to The Accepted and Free Masons of Arizona 1985. On the cornerstone of the Mesa Public Library is a similiar dedication as well as on the Mesa City's Council Chambers cornerstone across the street ( 1st Street ) from the Library behind the statue. If you will take the time to research these facts, and the secret society known as Free Masons, you will see there is credibility to my claims herein. The corruption that is practiced by the Police and city government is not limited to The Free Masons but extends itself where ever money might be aquired and the power hungry persons seek to assert theirselves and their authority over a citizen. For example if you harm or kill a Police dog in self defence you will be charged with assault on an officer or murder of an officer punishable by life imprisonment. Why is that? If they harm a Family pet namely a dog or kill your dog or falsly imprison your dog are the Police held by the same standards that they hold citizens to? No of course not this alone should show you the mentality of the Legislature who made the law the Judicial branch who punishes those by this law and the Exectutive Branch who upholds such laws. Is it because they are concerned with animal rights? No it is because the Police dog is considered an Officer in other words an Overseer which places the Police dogs' life above that of a citizen. It should be appearant that if they were really concerned about the animals rights there would be no kill shelters ran by our government but that wouldn't turn a profit so they don't have such places. As long as the citizens are no longer viewed as citizens and human beings but rather as a lucrative commodity then they will continue this system ran by the these corrupt government personnel and corrupt law enforcement. Regarding the "war on drugs" isn't it appearant that the government and law enforcement are really making money while there are casualties namely victims of property crimes as well as the addicts, yet all the property seized is auctioned off not returned to those victims neither are the proceeds awarded to those victims, the money seized is also not used to reimburse those victims but recycled into corruption and the addicts are imprisoned and/or placed on Probation which also is another way the government turns a profit through contractors and subcontactors of services and vendors as well as the fines and probation or parole fees. Some time back the City of Mesa was complaining about tax revenues not being able to cover their costs yet the Police were able to take victims' money (what the Police called drug money)to buy theirselves tazer guns. It is a big fraud and I am saddened by how manipulative the media is when there is a shoot out between a human being and a Police and the Police kill the human being the media will report that the person was killed but because Police weren't hurt or killed they say' luckily no one was hurt'. Look I dont't advocate for violence against the government or Police , yet even though that human being did wrong and payed the consequence for his or her actions they are still human beings and were someone. When the Police have shot so many people in Mesa it doesn't make sense that they are not drug testing them imediately after those shootings of citizens along with real random drug testing as a policy it seems that with such a suggestion they would becry of lack of funds but after they made the revelation that they had secret funds from the drug war, in an attempt to look like they are not aggressors, by purchasing 'less lethal' weapons we must not overlook the fact that since they are not reimbursing the citizen victims in our city then they do have money to more effectively police the Police and city government ( as well as at the State & Federal level also ) against the nonchalant and blatent corruption and abuses perpetrated by those who should be examples of proper moral conduct and our protectors as well...to really protect us and our rights and to serve the community in which they work to be trusted officers not brute overseers who are protecting their own interests and serving their own designs. WHAT THE EVIDENCE WILL SHOW

Anant Kumar Tripati is an East Indian, a racial Minority who is a Citizen of the Fiji Islands.

Tripati owned Legal Research Associates (LRA) in Beverly Hills, California.

LRA provided litigation support to in excess of 7,500 lawyers.

LRA had 60 lawyer and paralegals on contract.

Tripati developed and owned ARVITA, an Artificial Human Intelligence Software (AHIS) worth at least $40,000,000 which Dean Chatfield stole on June 24, 1992. Donald Conrad and Terry Blake had accompanied Dean Chatfield and were present at the time Chatfield stole the AHIS.

Tripati had $4,900,000 in assets.

Tripati earned $1,500,000 a year in gross income.

LRA worked on controversial issues.

Tripati obtained in excess of 150,000 documents about Maricopa County targeting racial minorities for law enforcement activities, not investigating complaints made by the general public regarding employee misconduct and paying people hush money. These documents had signatures of Richard Romley as well as some of these showed approval by Betsey Bayless, Ed King, Tom Rawles, Don Stapley, and Mary Rose Wilcox.

Tripati was preparing to challenge these practices.

Archuleta, McKay, Chatfield, Mesh and Romley knew of these potential challenges.

The amount in dispute exclusive of interest and costs exceeds $150,000,000

Gunn Mckay, Dean Chatfield, Terry Blake, Donald E. Conrad, Richard Mesh, Richard Romley, Ronald Harris, Vincent Tolino, Gerald Grant, Teresa Archuleta, Ed King, Betsey Bayless, Tom Rawles, Don Stapley, Mary Rose Wilcox, of Maricopa County are all citizens of the State of Arizona who acted under "Color" of State Law and pursuant to the authority of Maricopa County.

Tripati recorded all conversations he had with people and made recordings of his conversations with Archuleta.

On March 27 of 1992, Archuleta in a tape-recorded call advised Tripati that Mckay, Chatfield, Mesh, Blake, and Archuleta had a meeting in which they agreed to send people to search LRA, close business, and forfeit Tripati's assets.

Romley approved this.

On 6/24/92, without probable cause or without consent, Chatfield, Conrad, Blake searched LRA, removed property from LRA and brought these properties to Arizona.

No California Judge had allowed Chatfield, Conrad, Blake to take property. They contacted a Richard Goldston who went to a California Judge and on July1, l992 lied to the California Judge to obtain an order, allowing the property to be brought to Arizona.

Without probable cause Ronald Harris file forfeiture which was later dismissed.

Tripati saw Chatfield take ARVITA (AHIS) disc , other computer files and 150,000 pieces of evidence.

One goal of the search and seizure was to destroy the very evidence on the on going corruptions in Maricopa County, take away other properties and shut-down Tripati's business.

Chatfield arrested Tripati June 24, 1992 and took him in his custody.

Chatfield, Conrad, Blake, Mesh, Harris, Romley, McKay, Tolino and Grant lied to the Governor. They did not tell the governor that Chatfield had made the arrest. This is because Tripati could not be called a fugitive.

Tripati was held for 115 days before arraignment.

According to Mckay, "sand n****r" Tripati must be stopped.

All this was done by defendants because Tripati is of East-Indian, a racial minority who was in the process of exposing misconducts and corruptions within the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.

Knowing that the practices were wrong, Grant, Romley, Mckay, Tolino, Harris had Chatfield, Blake and Conrad engage in these wrong-doings.

Romley could have stopped this by establishing policies. Of course he failed to do.

It is often these named defendant's policy to retaliate against those who challenge their policies and practices.

Defendants have the policy of treating racial minorities harsher than the Whites.

Since Tripati posed a threat to their practices and policies established by Romley, he was punished and locked up for 52 1/2 years.

Romley has authorized and approved a code of silence in Maricopa County which mandates every employee cover-up for other employees. This code of silence was enforced in this case.

Evidence will clearly show those named defendants falsified, manufactured, destroyed and withheld evidence to prevent the jury from hearing all the evidence and the real truth about the case.

Richard M. Romley, Betsey Bayless, Tom Rawles, Ed King, Don Stapley and Mary Rose Wilcox had received thousand of similar complaints before Tripati's jury trial. They did nothing. Instead, they paid people hush money in exchange to stop complain.

On June 24, 1992 Tripati saw Chatfield take the 150,000 documents, and other files with evidence. Defendants under federal rules, were required to produce these materials that related to this lawsuit. They did not produce the materials and withheld them from the jury because these materials proved Tripati's claims. Tripati repeatedly asked their lawyers for the documents but they did not produce them.

To prevent this jury from reviewing this case, Teresa Archuleta, upon the instructions of defendants lawyer Jeffrey Alan Bernick, as well as Conrad, McKay, Chatfield, Harris, Blake, Tolino, Grant and Romley destroyed the 150,000 pages and other materials. They did this only after the federal magistrate ordered they produce the documents.

Defendants acted in accordance with the policies of Maricopa County.

Defendants acted knowingly, intentionally, deliberately and with evil motive.

Tripati is seeking the $40,000,000 damages for ARVITA $1,500,000 a year for his loss of income, costs for the loss of his business, and punitive damages.

Betesy Bayless, Tom Rawles, Ed King, Mary Rose Wilcox, Don Stapley, and Richard M. Romley could have prevented the conduct, had they not provided for representation at County expense of County employees, not paid punitive damages, established and maintained necessary policies and enforced them.

Defendants acts were willful.

Defendants conspired to engage in these acts and their conspiracy was racially motivated to deny Tripati equal protection and privileges.

In Mesa, you MUST prove yourself innocent, time
after time after time after time, and the
local courts will only RARELY allow admission
of true evidence. They way this works is, the
local cowards who call themselves (erroneously)
cops work just about directly for the
