I originally purchased 125,000 minutes at $875.00 from Robert at Message Communications. This is a robo dialing system for companies interested in generating their own leads. At first, the system burnt through the minutes so I decided I wanted to take a different approach and pay per transfer. Robert charged me 5 dollars per transfer at a total of $600.00 He told me that the intermittent transfers would play two recordings before the customer would transfer. That was a lie. Once I found this out, that very same day, I asked for the difference in a refund. He said that there are no refunds and cancelled my account and kept my whole $600.00. Do not do business with message communications! Robert then used my checked box for terms and agreements to deny my refund. He will then block all your numbers from calling him. He says he is not the boss, but he is, because he is the only one that answers the phone when you call. DO NOT waste your time or money on this scumbag. Live Transfers will always offer you a better deal.
